early start on the weekend for me, so here goes.

r2: my outlet. this one won't be much of a price, but is the most likely winner on the card today as she makes her second start off the short layoff for zucker. she has tactical speed and should show a better finish on the small class hike.

r4: going to take a small flyer with interceptor, who must negotiate 11 furlongs with danny sorenson on board. suffice it to say, old danny boy isn't the best judge of pace, so i'll have to get a price north of the 9/2 morning line. clearly gent is the horse to beat, but he goes from spawr to mcfarlane and loses the leading rider, tyler baze. think he's worth playing against.kewen is probably the best horse in the race, but he doesn't like to win and will be an underlay in here.

r5: netty's knockout. can't knock the two horses to her immediate inside as those fillies both ran well in their debuts. 'knockout is sent out by WWard, and he's an ace with firsters, and this race came up tough for cal-bred maiden special, so we should get a decent price.

good luck.
